Emily Hackman

M.A., CCC-SLP

Emily earned a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati, has been practicing since 2021, and works in the school system.

She has experience with low and high-tech augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has worked with children ages 3-14 with a variety of speech and language needs. Emily has worked with individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and articulation disorders.

Emily is passionate about using a total communication approach to meet the needs of clients and families where they are. Emily believes all clients have the ability to communicate and participate meaningfully in their schools, communities, and families.

She offers services through the school system and clinical private practice at KTL Therapy.
