• What skills do you need to be successful in middle school & beyond? We are not talking about academics! 

Session Two: Setting up the Best Sensory Environment

• Does your physical environment impact your emotions, focus & productivity? 

• Sensory tools for regulation during executive functioning activities 

• Movement brain breaks 

Session Three: Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset 

• How do you think about your thinking? What is self-talk? How do you use this to help you control your emotions? 

• Affirmations

Session Four: Time Management

• What is time management? What tools do you use to manage your time? What is a “time suck”? 

Session Five: Working in a Group

• Problem Solving!

Session Six: How do I study?

• How do you prepare for tests? How do you get the most out of things you are reading? Working Memory!
